Tap2Serve is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights when cancelling a subscription or requesting a refund.
1. Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Merchant Dashboard or by emailing help@tap2serve.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to all features until that date.
- Cancellations requested within 7 days of initial subscription are eligible for a full refund (see Section 2).
2. Refund Eligibility
- 7-Day Money-Back: If you cancel within 7 days of first subscribing and have not significantly used the platform features, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Mid-Cycle Cancellations: For cancellations after 7 days, refunds are not issued for the current billing period. Your access continues until period end.
- Annual Plans: Annual subscribers who cancel after 30 days may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for remaining complete months, at Tap2Serve's discretion.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Bank processing times may vary.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Setup fees or onboarding fees (if applicable).
- Any month already utilised under a monthly plan.
- Subscriptions that have been suspended due to Terms of Service violations.
5. Guest / Customer Orders (For Restaurants & Hotels)
Tap2Serve acts solely as a technology intermediary for orders placed at merchant venues (restaurants, hotels). Refunds and order disputes for such transactions are the sole responsibility of the Merchant. Please contact the venue directly for any order-related adjustments.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email us at help@tap2serve.com with your account email, subscription details, and reason for the refund request. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
