Welcome to Tap2Serve. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Tap2Serve's services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind your organisation, and agree to these Terms in full.

2. License to Use

Subject to timely payment of subscription fees and compliance with these Terms, Tap2Serve grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for the number of branches defined in your subscription plan.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must not share accounts across different organisations or resell access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or copy the platform; (b) use the service for unlawful purposes; (c) upload malicious code or attempt to compromise platform security; (d) scrape data without written permission.

5. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, software, and technology are the exclusive property of Tap2Serve. Your content (menu items, images) remains yours; you grant us a licence to display it within the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tap2Serve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend your account immediately for material breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [City], India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
